Sourcing[edit]

What sourcing there is is largely to Taylor's own site. This is appropriate for certain kinds of claim, but inappropriate for most. Another large claim is sourced to an advertisement for a book photographed by Taylor. The advertisement is of course not disinterested. Better sourcing, please. -- Hoary (talk) 01:01, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. There was a time when I used to clean-up disambiguation pages and when I would come across dab entries which had no actual article I would attempt to create a stub using what little info I could find via the internet. If someone can find more reliable sources for this photographer feel free to update the article. If someone feels it should be nominated for deletion due to a lack of reliable 3rd party references, so be it. Marchijespeak/peek 14:24, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Fixed I have provided better references and edited the text to suit the new references. Marchijespeak/peek 21:27, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Question: I know of the Person in question via another professional photographer The following has been given to me as some sources, and I was wondering which sources in particular more documentation was needed for

NPR - http://www.npr.org/books/authors/137903711/john-bigelow-taylor NY Times - https://www.nytimes.com/2014/12/18/garden/your-home-on-a-coffee-table.html?_r=0

Obviously the "Books list" with ISBN numbers is fairly self documenting — Preceding unsigned comment added by KG2V (talkcontribs) 01:35, 25 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
