Kazimieras VasiliauskasKazim Vasiliauskas — Per WP:Common names. --Cybervoron (talk) 13:52, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment Evidence would be appreciated; the two working sources divide one for each spelling. If there is genuine editor consensus that it should be Kazim, so be it; but that's a weak proof indeed. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 03:48, 13 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment It wouldn't be a first that a racing driver changed his name to something more manageable. See JJ Lehto, Nico Hülkenberg, Alex Zanardi, E. J. Viso or Jo Winkelhock for examples. Vasiliauskas certainly has a long and complicated name, and if news reports started calling him Kazim instead of Kazimieras there should be no reason to oppose the move. But better be on the safe side and wait for the 2010 season to begin, as this seems like a new development. --Pc13 (talk) 17:15, 13 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
