Rewrite

I've started the rewrite. As of right now, I'm done through the New gameplay features section. I'll do more as I have the time. --nihon 03:02, 24 November 2005 (UTC)

Hooray! KingTT 23:22, 28 November 2005 (UTC)
It's nice to see it's being rewritten, but I hope that "Roxas" isn't going to remain BHK's name and that edit was just there when it was locked. -EikaKou 04:49, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
The edit was just there as it was protected. I would have reverted it again, but I wasn't interested in violating WP:3RR and being blocked for 24 hours.. —Locke Cole 04:51, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
I guess that's the major flaw in the page protection system. How long does it last? Geg 22:56, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
Indefinitely. Once we can agree to a rewrite, or convince the anons to participate properly, we can request unprotection at WP:RFPP. You can see the protection log at Special:Log/protect. —Locke Cole 00:02, 7 December 2005 (UTC)
Is there any way to change "Roxas" back to Blonde Haired Kid?Geg 00:24, 7 December 2005 (UTC)
Not until the page is unprotected. For now we should concentrate on the rewrite (see top of page for temporary rewrite location). Hopefully the anons will either a) not realize there's a rewrite in progress or b) realize and contribute in a helpful manner rather than submitting rumour and speculation. —Locke Cole 00:33, 7 December 2005 (UTC)
Apparantly there's a KH2 official candy in Japan. There is a BHK candy which lists his name as Roxas. Obviously this has not been confirmed yet and likely won't until Jump Festa but it would make sense to put that rumor on the page once it's been unlocked. —00:16, 8 December 2005 (UTC)
P.S.: I'm new at this so I have no clue what UTC is. Sorry if I got the time wrong, I assumed it was GMT.
This may help: UTC. --nihon 00:21, 8 December 2005 (UTC)

The name as Roxas is false, according to a leak in KHInsider and other sources. It was just a joke thing on GameFAQs. Instead, there are other new rumors that is name is Nechi. - Anon 2:55, 10 December 2005

False, huh? Check the soundtrack list a bit farther down. I spy the name Roxas. x.x 'Ivan 15:02, 12 December 2005 (UTC)

Well, don't forget that the soundtrack's name might not be referring to BHK as Roxas, but someone else. However, the evidence point heavily to BHK's name as Roxas. Still, I'd be abiut hasty to call the BHK as Roxas. Personally, I'd leave the article as "BHK" and add "Roxas" as a hevaily possible name for him. --Terraguy 23:16, 13 December 2005 (UTC)

It's Roxas. Official candy bars never lie. The preceding unsigned comment was added by 65.96.154.117 (talk • contribs) 18:14, December 13, 2005 (UTC)

Heh, official Kingdom Hearts II candy bars...the Japanese never cease to amaze. I'm believing it. --'Ivan 15:30, 14 December 2005 (UTC)

Really? Candy bars? Ok, that's a lot bigger proof. :) --Terraguy 17:41, 15 December 2005 (UTC)

Xaldin merge

So, who wants to take on the job to merge the Xaldin article into this one? --nihon 08:11, 22 November 2005 (UTC)

Since no one else did it, I took care of the merge. --nihon 03:10, 24 November 2005 (UTC)

Kingdom Hearts II

Is it really 2 disc set? If so, Then the Game might cost MORE than $49.99

  • It's possible that it will be 2 disc...but that won't make it more than $49.99. Plus there is also a possibility that some stores will lower Kingdom Hearts 2's price like they did with Chain of Memories.

Kingdom Hearts TV Show/Movie

I didnt know wether to ask this question on the first Kingdom Hearts page, or this one, so I'll ask here, and if I shouldnt have asked here, I apologize. Wasnt there supposed to be a Kingdom Hearts TV Series, or a Kingdom Hearts movie? Whats going on?

  • I don't ever remember hearing about an animated series, but there's a section about a movie on the Kingdom Hearts page. There is a manga, too. Geg 16:27, 6 August 2005 (UTC)
  • There was a tv show. Only a few episodes were made, it was never picked up.

Kingdom Hearts 2 Theme Song

I know that Utada is singing the theme song again for Kingdom Hearts 2, and I know its named "Passion". But I was wondering, will there be a slow version of the song aswell as a remix, like they did for Kingdom Hearts "Simple and Clean"?

  • It's certainly possible, but we don't know anything yet. --Soulsteelgray 18:49, 8 August 2005 (UTC)
    • The version of "Passion" listed for release on the single is titled "Passion ~single verion~", so it's likely that there will be other versions. Soulsteelgray 03:09, 28 September 2005 (UTC)
      • After the battle version could be a remix, but no-one knows. The preceding unsigned comment was added by 203.12.170.77 (talk • contribs) .
        • Actually, the after the battle version will be primarily piano and string-based, with some lyrics in the final verse omitted. Soulsteelgray 05:42, 22 November 2005 (UTC)
          • There's a 40-ish second long clip of Passion up for download at many of the KH fansites, so it seems that yes, there'll be a moderately-slow version. It doesn't sound as slow as Simple and Clean/Hikari, though... 'Ivan 3:40, 22 November 2005 (UTC)
            • You don't even need the clip; the PV aired earlier this week and, consequently, many of said fansites should have the full single version up for download. Soulsteelgray 17:31, 22 November 2005 (UTC)
              • The whole song is on Khinsider.com.
  • There's no movie becuase the IMDb is showing it as a videogame so don't count on a movie...i wish there was!^^ Cyberdude 01:14, 23 September 2005 (UTC)

The English Cast

Should it stay the way it is or not? Personally, I don't see any point in chaning it now. Even if it later turns out that, for example, Depp won't be providing the voice of Jack Sparrow, the warning is right up there in bold letters that the list is subject to change. It's nice to have a placeholder for future edits, anyway. Geg 22:41, 12 August 2005 (UTC)

  • Yeah but have you ever considered the fact that people ignore that? You can go to IMDB.com and you can find tons of people believing their fan-submitted Voice List. They LITERALLY believe its true. And even that has no "subject to change". Plus it being up there isn't helping anyone same for it not being up there.

And you should know who this is from ^^

    • Yeah, I've heard about that. But like I said, that's what's both the warning and the "Future Video Game" template is for. If people choose to ignore them and assume everything on this page is a fact, that's their fault.

PS If you want to post your username and date, click that squiggly line box in between the No symbol box and the straight line box. Or just type in four tildes. Geg 23:08, 12 August 2005 (UTC)

      • ummm yeah i knew that already. I just don't feel like it

Release date?

I was planning on changing that until I saw that it was KL who made it. Could you provide a link to where December 1, 2005 is the confirmed North American release date? Geg 21:13, 15 September 2005 (UTC)

No one knows, it keeps changing.Cyberdude 23:40, 20 September 2005 (UTC)

  • Amazon.com lists the game as arriving December 15, 2005. IceDrake523 October 3 2005
    • It's officially listed as a vague "2006" on Square Enix's support site. Besides, there is no way it would be released in the states before Japan. It's no Resident Evil 4. Soulsteelgray 05:47, 4 October 2005 (UTC)
      • IT wouldn't be the first game to come out in the States before Japan. Considering how much money they could make off christmas sales, it's still possible that it will come out before then.
        • Tetsuya Nomura isn't about to let a game that is his baby be rushed out for the sake of the Christmas season. If it was going to come out in the US before Christmas the release date would have been announced by now. No, it's definitely coming out in 2006 whether you like it or not. Soulsteelgray 00:53, 5 October 2005 (UTC)
          • Square Enix has confirmed the U.S. release date as being in March 2006. Most places say March 1st in particular.

BHK meets Sora?

Does anyone think Sora will meet the BHK?

I don't think this was confirmed

There's been alot of back and forth but wasn't the Steamboat Willie world a possibility and not a confirmed piece of information? Proof backing this up would be very much appreciated.

Port Royal

I was wondering...Port Royal is going to be a world in this game, but will it be animated or live action, as it was in The Curse of the Black Pearl? Scorpionman 19:16, 27 October 2005 (UTC)

  • It'll look realistic pertaining to the movie, so I guess you could say that it'll be "live-action." Soulsteelgray 21:39, 27 October 2005 (UTC)

Sora's Page

I would like to know why Namine has her own page with information about her, but Sora is limited to one paragraph per game. As the main character of all three KH games, shouldn't he have his own Wikipedia page?

  • I guess because no one's gotten around to making one. Geg 00:55, 12 November 2005 (UTC)

URRAGGH

GIVE A DECENT SUMMARY OF THE GAME. Don't add every goddamned detail of the trailers. NOBODY CARES. Readers new to the Kingdom Hearts series want a broad overview of what to expect from this game, not completely wanton speculation and information hidden in a overblown character list. We want people to read the article and be entertained by the prose, not be utterly disgusted by the shoody editing and format. Getting rid of the Character section would a good start. Send them to their own pages and make a link to there here.

Seriously, leave the little details to the fan websites; it's not our job. --Apostrophe 02:39, 14 November 2005 (UTC)

I completely agree. If you look at the article history, you can see it's updated 10-20 times a day with minute, fancruft-like, and unproven speculation. I know people are looking forward to this game, but Wikipedia is not a crystal ball and the article is a mess. ~ Hibana 01:50, 19 November 2005 (UTC)
Looking at it now, I almost think someone needs to blank it and start over, then keep it on their watch list to quickly revert speculation/fancruft. This is what I've done with the majority of the Tekken characters as well as the Tekken film article (and all the actors who are supposedly playing them, even though no cast listing has been announced). It's annoying, but it's less annoying than searching Google and finding people citing Wikipedia as the "source" of information that was in all actuality fancruft from the beginning... </rant> --Locke Cole (talk) (e-mail) 10:44, 19 November 2005 (UTC)
The next time the {{disputed}} tag is removed without justification I'll probably follow through on my blanking idea. This article is filled to the brim with fancruft and fan theory which is not appropriate for Wikipedia. --Locke Cole (talk) (e-mail) 12:57, 20 November 2005 (UTC)
I think that may be a little drastic. Yes, the article is very confusing, but that's just because there are a select number of fans making it that way. If the article were to be blanked and started over, it would look almost the same as it is now, since, as far as I can see, most of the offending content has been reverted/deleted away. Geg 18:42, 20 November 2005 (UTC)
No, it wouldn't look the same because I would personally revert anything that was unsourced fancruft/speculation before it got a chance to get in and weave itself into the article. This is precisely what I've done on Tekken (2006 film), and whenever someone tries to add something unsourced I try to verify it myself, and if I can't, revert it goes (usually with a note asking for a source going to the editor). It sounds bad/evil, but it's better than what I ended up seeing: people were quoting the old Tekken (2006 film) as gospel saying it's cast list or storyline was accurate, etc. People were citing Wikipedia as a source elsewhere. This is why we can't afford to have articles like this with large masses of unsourced material; it flushes Wikipedia's credibility down the toilet. --Locke Cole (talk) (e-mail) 20:44, 20 November 2005 (UTC)
If it's wikilegal (heh), after the blanking you may want to use Page Protection on the article until the game comes. A boatload of crufy anons will hate it, but it will atleast keep the article clean and keep Wikipedia as a reputable source of information on the game. ~ Hibana 22:58, 20 November 2005 (UTC)
Does Page Protection even work? It hasn't for me in the past. Geg 23:04, 21 November 2005 (UTC)

Page is too confusing

Why, of all of a sudden, is the Kingdom Hearts 2 page getting so confusing. The other articles are cleaner than this! somebody stop making false sections and please use correct sections. We all love Kingdom Hearts, but for the Lord's sake STOP MAKING FALSE SECTIONS! thanks...--Cyberdude 05:07, 20 November 2005 (UTC)

  • Actually the whole page is correct, I havent seen anything that was false.

References for confirmed voice cast

This is directed specifically to Locke Cole. You asked for references confirming the voice cast, so I provided two different sites that had voice cast information list (even though I wasn't the person who originally put "(confirmed)" by each of those names). As the article is already marked as being about a game currently in production (or at least not released yet, since it's likely being reproduced and/or distributed in Japan as I type), the voice cast section is certainly relevant. If the two links I provided are not good enough for you as far as showing the voice actors for the game, then please tell us what is. It would be far more effective for you to stop reverting the edits by everyone else and post your suggestion here: that you don't want the voice cast section. Then it could be discussed and a consensus could be reached regarding the matter rather than you just pissing off a bunch of people who are working to make the article better. --nihon 07:08, 28 November 2005 (UTC)

I've already made mention of the requirements above (see the section titled "URRAGGH" and my replies). People must provide credible sources for information they add to this article. The sources you provided weren't credible: the first was a cast listing for the first Kingdom Hearts. The second link was an IMDb link, and IMDb is like Wikipedia; anyone can submit information and get it accepted. Simply marking an article as being about a future game/movie/product is irrelevant and does not override the WP:V and WP:NOR policies. Information must be verifiable and it must not be original research. Speculation is not verifiable and is original research. This article so far is filled to the brim with unreferenced and unverifiable speculation; I'm trying to stop more speculation from creeping in. Let whoever insisted on marking those cast members as "confirmed" provide their source and WP:CITE it. Otherwise, please keep the fancruft out. —Locke Cole (talk) (e-mail) 08:11, 28 November 2005 (UTC)

        • Actually, if you click on Orlette or Pence's name, you'll see the Famitsu scan spelled the girl's name as Olette, not Orlette. I just wanted to let you know and discuss it instead of just editing it on my own. Where did you hear that her name would be spelled Orlette? Mirlen 03:07, 20 December 2005 (UTC)

Xehanort and Xemnas

  • The only thing known about the Enigmatic Man is that he wields Energy Sabers. It is also speculated that there is #0 ranking. This speculation is based on the New Ansem Reports here. Mirlen 08:35, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
    • Based on the pictures of Ansem (when he was younger), it is now verified (from here) that our "Raixel" is Ansem. SHU (Silver-haired Unknown) = Ansem/Xenmas. Should we make the changes in the page or wait like we did with Roxas? Mirlen 11:38, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
  • The following are confirmed info from those who've played the game from various sites (KHU, KHI, GAMEFAQS, etc).
DiZ is the real Ansem. That's why the credit section has him labeled like this: DiZ (Ansem).
    Xenmas is DiZ/Ansem's nobody.
Xehanort has an X in his name and is a "clone" of DiZ and unlike DiZ, he does not seek to destroy Organization XIII.
EVIDENCE: If you take out the 'X' and unscramble the word, Xehanort w/out the 'X' = NO Heart.
HISTORY (from Suzaku): 'One of Ansem's disciples (this is from Reverse Ansem's Report #8), who basically has no memory of his past before Ansem rescued him one day. He volunteered to be the first test subject. The test awakened in him the power of Twilight.
Eventually, the disciples betrayed Ansem, and Xehonart began to call himself Ansem, and as he continued to study darkness, creating the Heartless in the process. He eventually embraced darkness wholy, and became a Heartless himself.
When Xehonart, who called himself "Ansem", became a Heartless, this spawned a Nobody, Xemnas. Ansem, now disguised as DiZ, learned that his disciples had also become Nobodies.'
Xemnas is Xehanort's nobody. How? Why? Read the HISTORY of Xehanort. Mirlen 00:23, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
    • Eeh. DiZ/Ansem created Xehanort through some means. Xehanort thinks he is Ansem. Xehanort then sheds his body. This body is Xemnas, No.1 in the Organization. --Apostrophe 00:27, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
      • Well, by Superior, I sort of meant Xehanort as #0. Sorry, should've clarified that. And yeah, basically what you said is what Suzaku said. So basically: #0 - Xehanort, #1 - Xemnas & DiZ has no number in the Organization. Mirlen 00:30, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
        • I'm not very certain of Xehanort being #0. He's a Heartless, not a Nobody. --Apostrophe 00:35, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
          • Ah. I see. Therefore, I'll delete Xehanort's name in the Org., but he's definately invovled in the Organization... Mirlen 01:04, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
            • Hmm. The confusion probably stems from Xehanort being listed first in a list of Ansem's research assistants. This list can be converted to Organization XIII, replacing Xehanort with Xemnas, as Organization XIII was after Xehanort's split while the research assistant list wasn't. --Apostrophe 02:00, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
              • Oh, you're probably right about the confusion. Thank you ^^. Mirlen 02:11, 24 December 2005 (UTC)

Discussion

Absolutely great. Preferably we'd have an article to link against, but pictures will work (they just open the discussion up to subjectivity/speculation). If you look at my edit here, you'll get an idea of the kind of sourcing I've been talking about. Another good example would be Blu-ray Disc (note the links to make it easy to verify most of the article). Preferably each paragraph (but at least each section) would have at least one source to verify what's said in it (be it that a specific character or locale is in the game, or that a certain gameplay element behaves a certain way, or so on). If we can get this article up to a verifiable level, then get it unprotected, we can apply WP:V more easily on future anon edits (if they don't provide a source, and if you've never heard of what they're claiming, revert it with a demand for proof; if you have heard of it, provide a source yourself). Feel free to add back any content you believe these sources confirm to Kingdom Hearts II/Temp. If I get a chance I'll try to help as well. =) —Locke Cole 04:32, 8 December 2005 (UTC)

Discussion

  • So that's it, then. BHK's name is officially Roxas. Here's the URL since this person didn't post it: http://www.toshiba-emi.co.jp/vmc/artist/others/toct25871-2.htm Also, I like how they misspelled "Deep Dive". Geg 23:45, 12 December 2005 (UTC)
    • No, no, it's not. Roxas is confirmed, as a name. It does not indicate which character it belongs to. It could be good ol' Enigmatic Man, for all we know. --Apostrophe 23:48, 12 December 2005 (UTC)
      • I know, I thought that too. But the rumor was that BHK's name was Roxas and now we have confirmation that someone named "Roxas" is going to be in the game. It just makes sense. Geg 23:52, 12 December 2005 (UTC)
        • It may be Roxas, but for all we know, the BHK's name being Roxas was just a guess. The name was heard, and it was guessed to be the BHK. It doesn't matter how likely it is, since we don't know who Roxas is, and until it's confirmed that the name belongs to the BHK, we really can't say we know anything. - Arcterus
          • I see no other new names up there. One would think that a character as important as BHK is reported to be would have his own track, right? Then what else would it be? - 01:44, 13 December 2005 (UTC)
            • That is speculation, which is a minor form of original research. It would be better to wait for a more official announcement (such as a screenshot, or a news release). —Locke Cole 02:11, 13 December 2005 (UTC)
              • No question about it; the BHK's name is definitely Roxas, as from one of the clips in khinsider.com
                • Yup. *sigh* I wish SE could've thought up a better name...For those of you who want proof:
                  • Roxas is actually a very clever name. Its an anagram of Sora with an X thrown in there.
          • In the latest Twilight Town cutscene, which you can download at KHU or KH2-Net, around 5:50, Olette says to BHK, 'Rokusasu, iko?'--which could most likely translate into Roxas...
          • You can view the screencap at the link. The Japanese subtitle in spelling BHK's name: ロクサス. Yes, it's KHI, but if you listen carefully enough, you can hear the word, Rokusasu.
          • Source: http://forums.khinsider.com/showthread.php?t=36280 Mirlen 22:56, 20 December 2005 (UTC)
            • 'Rokusasu, iko?' probably doesn't translate into Roxas. Iko, in japanese, means orphan. It would sound wierd to say 'Roxas, orphan?'. You can check Freedict.
              • What Olette says in the cutscene is "ロクサス 行こう?". The translation "Are you coming, Roxas?" is correct. Olette isn't using "ikou" as 遺孤, and as 遺孤 it's "iko," not "ikou". Soulsteelgray 22:23, 2 January 2006 (UTC)

Confusion

I don't mean to sound really mean, but this page has gotten way too confusing. In addition, as a newbie, I'm getting really intimidated on helping out this page. I genuinely love the games, but the article has not only gotten confusing, but kind of hard and imposing to edit. it's almost like I'll try to edit something to make the article better, but it'll get changed quickly because some people disagree and what not. It's kind of imposing to try and help out, and I fell realy bummed, because I want to help out. Yes, that was kind of like a rant. No offense, please. Terraguy 03:06, 13 December 2005 (UTC)

I understand completely (see my rant above). A good alternative would be to edit Kingdom Hearts II/Temp. It contains less overwhelming info than the actual article and is editible. (The main article is currently protected from editing until the Temp page is good enough to copy-paste from.) I hope to see your contributions! --Apostrophe 03:21, 13 December 2005 (UTC)
As Apostrophe says, use the Temp article for now. If there's a problem with an edit, we can discuss it here and hash out the details. I think everyones concern is that the article just not turn into another speculation-fest (and as long as you keep the boilerplate at the top of the temp page in mind, it shouldn't). =) I, too, look forward to seeing your contribs to the temp article. —Locke Cole 03:27, 13 December 2005 (UTC)
I'm inclined to belive that the BHK doesn't have a name, Think about it, SquareEnix has released the idenities of all but 2 Organization Members, the equivalents of Minor Bosses, Yet they haven't bothered to release the name of the BHK, and we've known about him longer then many of the Org members. Perhaps the emphasis is that he doesn't have a name. -DaWooster

Tifa may not be in KHII...

That picture of Tifa is real, but it's not from KHII, according to New2Ya from KHI. Here's what he says about it:

'And I know where it is from...

It is from the new telephone where you can see Tifa/Cloud/Aerith etc when you talk to someone or something. Really weird... Look at sites for more info...'

Besides, Tomogirl (from KH2-Net) says she's unsure whether it's real or not: to be determined. Mirlen 23:16, 20 December 2005 (UTC)

It seems to be in style of the game, both in character design and architecture. I'm in favor of keeping it until evidence is presented otherwise. --Apostrophe 23:25, 20 December 2005 (UTC)
It's an obvious photoshop. Compare it to other models in the game. This was discussed on GameFAQs. The model is from Soul Caliber 3 in Create a Soul mode. Rather than proving it's fake, I'd like you to provide more screenshots of different poses to prove that it is real. --Zeno McDohl 13:57, 21 December 2005 (UTC)
Yup, it is. Apparently, it's Yuffie's face which has been cropped (jagged lines around edges and hair line doesn't really match with chin), her hair enlarged and outfit edited, etc.
source: kh-2.net--Therefore, Tifa is NOT in KHII. Mirlen 00:37, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
Actually, it turns out Tifa is in KHII after all. There's a screenshot of Tifa when game was paused... Mirlen 22:35, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
Things are still a bit fuzzy. I've seen more screenshots; but they still look fake. I've been playing the game often, so I'll keep an eye out for her. This picture may help, but I still find it doubtful. --Zeno McDohl 02:14, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
not exactly, the pic is real, it's from a certain cutscene incolving cloud and sepiroth, kh2.co.uk has screenshots, and there's a silent recording of the cutscene in youtube that's been up for like 2 weeks, don't want to spoil anything though --A_R The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.115.150.60 (talk • contribs) .
I have the game myself and I can confirm that Tifa is definitely in this game. I don't want to give away too many of the details but she is indeed in her Advent Children outfit. So much for obvious photoshop huh?--Kiyosuki 16:35, 2 January 2006 (UTC)

Uh oh. If KHIII come out there may be a war between Aerith and Tifa over Cloud AGAIN!

Famitsu score

I thought it would be good to point that Kingdom Hearts II got a 39/40 (after all the gossips and reverts the previous version of the article had about a perfect score). -- ReyBrujo 03:44, 22 December 2005 (UTC)

Japanese Voice Cast

I actually watched through the credits and jotted the names down...man, did that take a long time. Anyway, the cast list was too long in the article so I cut down the list...

Here's the full VA list:

Japanese language version

Mirlen 04:23, 23 December 2005 (UTC)

Ugh.. this reeks of original research, but I'm reluctant to remove it if it's true. I just wish there was a verifiable source for this listing (besides having the game in-hand). If you can find reliable sources to support any of these, it'd be most appreciated! —Locke Cole 07:47, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
Oh, whoops. Sorry, I'm still sort of new to Wikipedia editing so it gets some time for me to adjust...*looks at cast list* Looks like somebody added a LOT more (I do not think we need 'additional voices' listed on there)...I too, am reluctant to remove it (partially 'cuz I spent some time putting it together). Hmm...would reliable sources include KHU or some good, reliable KH fan site? Or does it have to official? Mirlen 07:51, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
We'll leave it alone for now, the game just came out (unlike the US release which is still a few months away), so this kind of info should be verifiable pretty quickly. I'm not sure if KHU passes as reliable or not (Apostrophe seems to have a better handle on verifiable sources for KH-related info). Check out some of the links used as sources in the article already though, and if the info comes from a site like that (preferably not by a forum poster but as actual news or info on the site itself) then that'll do for me. And it's OK, not trying to scare ya off. =) But part of Wikipedias credibility (or lack thereof to some) comes from our ability to provide credible/reliable sources. —Locke Cole 07:55, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
Hopefully, somebody won't be lazy and wil type up that list from the booklet *grins.* Okay, I'll check out the sources. And no, you're not scaring me off. Wikipedia's rule of having reliable sources is perfectly rational and logical one, I feel stupid not thinking of that, actually. Although it's pretty obvious that if the cast list was copied directly from the credits in game, it'll be the truth--but in such cases, common sense must be abadoned for solid, rock-hard evidence. Mirlen 08:27, 23 December 2005 (UTC)

About "The Mysterious Tower"

Are we sure that's a world all to itself? For all we know, it could just be another part of Twilight Town. It probably is since you ride a train there instead of using the Gummi Ship. The same goes for Castle Oblivion. Does that really count as a real world? Geg 16:07, 23 December 2005 (UTC)

Yah, I left it there for a while so that the user would stop reverting my edits. I've removed it now --Apostrophe 00:29, 24 December 2005 (UTC)

Scrooge McDuck?

Since Scrooge McDuck is my favorite character of all time, I must know the truth. Is he really in KHII, and if so, does anyone have proof of it? Thanks. Rampart 04:30, 24 December 2005 (UTC)

  • He's not in the cast list, so it's doubtful. Unless they didn't give him a speaking role. Geg 17:24, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
    • I do remember seeing Scrooge in a picture in a series of pictures from the game's ending credits standing (I think) in front of the throne at Disney Castle alongside Donald, Goofy, Pluto, and some others I can't recall, but unfortunately, I don't remember where the link to those pictures is... One of the pictures also showed DiZ unmasked if that helps anyone find it. Ditto to what Geg said about the speaking role... --KairezLightkeeper 18:59, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
      • He was in the ending credits video, from the KHU forums, so yes. --Apostrophe 06:07, 25 December 2005 (UTC)
He is in it. He appears in Hollow Bastion, in a quick cutscene. I don't think he spoke though. I could go back to the town and get a screenshot if I find him. Want me to do that? --Zeno McDohl 01:29, 28 December 2005 (UTC)

He's definitely in, but he's only an npc in Hallow Bastion. He gives you a side quest mini game that requies you to achieve a certain amount of points skateboarding. I wish he had a larger role too, he could probably take on the whole game single handedly. But you know..--Kiyosuki 16:37, 2 January 2006 (UTC)
