Since we do not know if it is a unique discovery from the Jiufotang formation, which would mean it coexisted with Microraptor, Sinopterus and Vesperopterylus, or just another Yixian formation therizinosaur, which would mean it did not coexist with Microraptor, Sinopterus and Vesperopterylus, doesn't that make it useless? It isn't "useless" because it enriches our understanding of the evolution and diversity of early therizinosaurs. Even if we don't know its precise stratigraphy, we know for a fact that it belongs to the Jehol biota, which allows us to understand its temporal and biogeographical context. Any connections (or lack thereof) with Microraptor, Sinopterus, and Vesperopterylus in particular don't decide its "usefulness" or not.
Also, you shouldn't go to personal talk pages just to advertise questions like these; it can come off as WP:Canvassing. You should only seek someone's help on a discussion if it is about Wikipedia, like problematic issues which a user in particular is knowledgeable about. The "usefulness" of a fossil taxon is not problematic enough to warrant what you did. Atlantis536 (talk) 07:59, 13 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
