Right now this list displays the current flag of the country they were born in, and not nationality as defined by WP-ice hockey. Should the list be defined to reflect "place of birth" or is nationality the intent? After thinking about this, rules from wp:bio state that flags shouldn't be used for place of birth. That said...this really just means all those scotland/wales/england flags should be changed to either Canada or UK...so whoever knows the correct nationality to apply, please help fix this.--Lvivske (talk) 03:26, 8 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

My remaining problem, then, is that Russia is used instead of USSR or Russian SFSR (I'd prefer the latter, since you have the UK nation states split as well).
