Prior Year Cleanup

[edit]

It seems like excessive detail WP: TMI to have data going back to 2006. Is it agreed to delete years 2015 and prior? Alternatively, it could be split similar to how the San Francisco page is split: List of Michelin starred restaurants in San Francisco Bay Area Expandinglight5 (talk) 00:38, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

A split of the table (like in the San Francisco article) definitely seems useful given that the table is becoming too wide even for most PC screens. I strongly oppose deleting information from many prior years; it seems arbitrary to only consider recently awarded stars as relevant (per WP:RECENTISM). - Tristan Surtel (talk) 09:57, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Done. The past list table is still pretty unwieldy. I only noticed the issue when 2021 didn't even show up on my monitor unless I scrolled right. One possibility is to split into decades... — Rhododendrites talk \\ 22:04, 9 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. I wouldn't have known how to split. To the extent the splitting could help with visual editing in the future, that'd be perfect! Supermann (talk) 01:42, 10 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Support split into decades (2000s, 2010s, 2020s) ---Another Believer (Talk) 19:10, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The table should be further split

As title, the 2006-2020 table extends off the side of the page for me, even when I adjust my font sizes/layouts in a bunch of ways. seefooddiet (talk) 00:59, 11 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
