Find correct name The airport is not listed as João Paulo II anywhere. The airport's own website calls itself simply Ponta Delgada, and has no mention of João Paulo.

Category:History of Portugal: lots to remove there
Template:Regions of Portugal: statistical (NUTS3) subregions and intercommunal entities are confused; they are not the same in all regions, and should be sublisted separately in each region: intermunicipal entities are sometimes larger and split by subregions (e.g. the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon has two subregions), some intercommunal entities are containing only parts of subregions. All subregions should be listed explicitly and not assume they are only intermunicipal entities (which accessorily are not statistic subdivisions but real administrative entities, so they should be listed below, probably using a smaller font: we can safely eliminate the subgrouping by type of intermunicipal entity from this box).

alphabetical order

I'd like to silently ask: why is this alphabetical order the way as it is? Shouldn't we sort them by surenames rather? What do You (all the others) think? This order here is like having Gerald Durrel at letter G and William Golding at letter W or Julio Cortázar at letter J... it's a bit... chaotic. Alphabetization of lists of Portuguese names

Two things to keep in mind:

You don’t need to be silent or angry if something is wrong on Wikipedia; you have the power to fix it!
Lists of Portuguese names are often sorted by the full name. It isn’t absurd so much as it is a cultural and linguistic difference. giso6150 (talk) 21:32, 11 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
