Index by profession[edit]

Based on list of people with surname Taylor, I have attempted to improve this list by indexing all the Millers on this page by their profession. Generally, a person's listing is formatted as "[[Name]] (birthdate), Nationality specific profession". --Beefyt (talk) 06:20, 20 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Mentions of its origin[edit]

When I first encountered this page, and its indication of the origins as simply being German, I was misled to believe that it basically was the anglicized form of the German version that many immigrants, especially to the US, adopted. However, Miller is as well an authentically English, Scottish, and Irish surname. So I will modify the explanation so as to include this. -- And Rew 14:57, 28 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
