Lou achieved great success under that stage name (for that music style), but he was also very successful in other areas of the music business. So it seems most appropriate to present him as himself and describe his varied, colourful career, IMHO.

I got to hang out with Lou a few times (he was a friend of my dad's), and considering his graciousness and modesty, I think he would've rather been seen as a person first and a star second. ;?) – AndyFielding (talk) 07:18, 12 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
