Song redirects[edit]

There are several Louis Jordan song articles which appear to meet the criteria of WP:PERMASTUB, including: Blue Light Boogie, Boogie Woogie Blue Plate, Don't Worry 'Bout That Mule, Jack, You're Dead, Mop! Mop!, Ration Blues, Texas and Pacific (song), and What's the Use of Getting Sober. A brief search did not turn up any significant sources beyond song and chart listings. These were created August 2009 and have not been expanded or edited except for housekeeping purposes. The articles consist of one to three sentences which list the title, chart position, date, succession box, and sometimes the writer and B-side . They lack single infoboxes and only reference record charts. Propose to redirect these to this discography where the same information is included (except for succession). Incomplete[edit]

There are some omissions here, such as an album Jordan recorded in 1973 titled I Believe in Music. 68.146.69.225 (talk) 22:21, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, the album section is not complete. If you wish, add it or leave the details here. A reference is always helpful. —Ojorojo (talk) 15:13, 8 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Barnacle Bill the Sailor[edit]

Jordan's Barnacle Bill lyrics are pretty much his own — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.31.161.249 (talk) 20:34, 6 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
