Nationality in the lede

Standard WP:FOOTY practice holds that a player's nationality becomes ambiguous only after they have actually appeared for the new nation. In this case, Paes has represented the Netherlands, his birth nation, at several levels, so he remains a "Dutch professional footballer" until he has represented another nation. There is no reason to add "Indonesian" to the lede in any case, and the lede will become ambiguous once he has actually represented Indonesia. Secondary or new citizenships have no place in the lede. Surname
