Infobox[edit]

User:DeFacto Kindly replace the info box you removed. Itf there are misstated or unsupported assertions in the infobox, the solition is to FIXIT, but removing a box that looked entirely accurate - with the exception of motivation (which needs a more careful wording) the Infobox was a useful contribution and should not have been arbitrarily removed.E.M.Gregory (talk) 17:25, 1 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@E.M.Gregory: I removed the infobox because its name (terrorist attack) implied something which we have no proof of. -- DeFacto (talk). 17:35, 1 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

change motive[edit]

Clearly his motive was that he was an Islamic extremist, he yelled "Allah Akbar" and "Long live the caliphate!" and was of Islamic background, why isn't the motive that? DoctorMemeMD (talk) 23:00, 1 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Can you provide a source for this? The BBC's producer that witnessed it only hear 'Allah' being said. RhinosF1 (talk) 08:57, 2 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Footage after the attack - during the arrest - clearly shows the man shouting Islamist slogans as mentioned above. However, like the Leytonstone Attack, despite such slogans being yelled, it was deemed to be mental illness that motivated the attack, not necessarily radicalisation. So we'll have to see what he is charged with. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ClementineAssault (talkcontribs) 16:49, 2 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
