About the collision[edit]

This statement is not true or at least not precise. The truck had its hydraulic movable loading ramp lowered to the horizontal position and left there due to carelessness, which is dangerous and actually forbidden on test tracks. The large sheet metal blade sticking out of the truck's rear was virtually invisible to Maria, whose visor was at about the same height.
