I've put a notice on the Women in Red talk page about it, as it's really not my area of editing. There were many hundreds of hits in PQ & Ebsco but most of the ones on the first few pages are the Fresno Bee, Business Journal Serving Fresno & the Central San Joaquin Valley and other local publications, or some congressional stuff that as a Brit I'm ill-placed to assess, or unpublished theses. There was one in USA Today that, while only a mention, hints it might be notable at a national level (Coolidge, Sharon Out of 'the life,' they learn to live ; Cincinnati program helps prostitutes get off streets, off drugs: USA TODAY.; 18 Aug 2006: A.3. "Cincinnati is the fifth city to emulate the program. St. Paul's version is called Breaking Free. Phoenix has Dignity House. Kansas City has Veronica's Closet, and Fresno has Marjaree Mason Center.") -- I suspect it might meet WP:NONPROFIT under "Nationally well-known local organizations" but agree evidence to back that up would be needed.
