The velodrome is finished and opened. --Nicola (talk) 10:51, 11 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, it might be more accurate to say that an event was held Jan 9-11. The velodrome is still not finished. I dropped by to snap some photos and the place is still a construction site. The building wasn't open to the public so I just took some exterior shots and managed one through a window. There is a community opening celebration in February.
