(1-minute sustained) should be (sustained one minute).
Date format should be consistent throughout ("22 October" vs. "October 23")
"The low pressure area dropped heavy " dropped-->produced?
"By six hours after formation" remove By
"with some rainbands to its south" some-->several
"began paralleling the northeastern " paralleling-->moving parallel to
Make all times consistent throughout.
