Just a few grammar and MOS fixes are needed here:
- (1-minute sustained) should be (sustained one minute).
- Date format should be consistent throughout ("22 October" vs. "October 23")
- "The low pressure area dropped heavy " dropped-->produced?
- "By six hours after formation" remove By
- "with some rainbands to its south" some-->several
- "began paralleling the northeastern " paralleling-->moving parallel to
- Make all times consistent throughout.
