Autobiography[edit]

This biographical article concludes with a statement that "This biography was written by Mike Walker himself. This wikipedia page was put together by Adrian Stevenson on behalf of Mike Walker." That is good for transparency. The position for autobiographiies is summarised at WP:AUTO. More specifically, the problems here are that there are statements that are reasonable on an artist's own site but inappropriate on an encyclopaedic article. These include time-based statements about future plans, descriptions of friendship, hopes, superlative expressions, etc. AllyD (talk) 14:11, 23 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
