hi there,

I created this article, but I'm not a native english speaker so it sure needs some corrections in grammer and phrases... any helpful rewriting is appreciated. thanks regards michael Michl 17:19, 17 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Capitalization

[edit]

I've capitalized the name as Moers Festival not moers festival for two reasons. First, the article is about the entire history of the festival, not just about the last few years. Second, if you look on the web in the overwhelmingly majority of mentions the capitalized form is used; I think Wikipedia should follow what is obviously the most standard and accepted usage. Third, even on the festival's own website the name is most often capitalized! (It's lowercase in the logo, but capitalized in most other places.) Given all that, using the lowercase form here seems indefensible to me. SethTisue 14:07, 20 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Moers festivalMoers Festival – Back to the festival name please, not funny design variations/decorations. The festival has not been renamed. Occasionally making use of a "œ" does not mean a "name change" E-Kartoffel (talk) 08:48, 13 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
