Nara and Tropicália.

[edit]

Nara Leão participated of the relevant "Tropicália" mouvement and nothing was mentioned about this. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.43.48.222 (talk) 14:41, 14 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Nara and MPB

[edit]

Nara was one of the first musicians of Brazil that tryed go out of the "bossa nova" tag and she practically founded de new style: MPB, in the historic show-theater "Opinião" with Zé Keti and João do Vale. The first album wasn't about "bossa nova" but was about regional samba and another regionals rhythmics from de Northeast Region of Brazil for example.

Making link , ever, ever, and only, of Nara with "bossa nova" is a mistake. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.43.48.222 (talk) 15:01, 14 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I got the sense she did "move beyond it." If it's still not accurate I'd be pleased for anyone to improve it.--T. Anthony (talk) 04:15, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
