On June 9 2006 it was proposed to speedy delete this article as "nonsense."

This article discusses the congressional district of the now-defunct Northwest Territory of the United States. Currently, it redirects to United States congressional delegations from Northwest Territory, an article about the people who represented the territory in the United States House of Representatives.
