Multiple Issues

Needs extensive copy editing, the article has several grammatical errors/odd phrases. Before that, however, it's in need of several more in-line citations and removal of opinion statements, especially in the lead. Neutrality disputed

Poorly written like a fan article. "has garnered him huge popularity and fan following on social media", "inauguration of the film was held on his 25th birthday, 11 March 2016 at Juhu Hotel with open invitation to everyone". The article seems to be written by a gushing fan. All the controversy and recent molestation case FIR seems to be promptly removed in favor of more and more praising.JayB91 (talk) 03:18, 7 July 2017 (UTC)

At this point, it's probably WP:UNDUE to mention. WP:BLPCRIME applies to an extent, although Samthaan probably falls into the public figure to an extent. Unless there's widespread reporting from high-quality sources about this, it probably shouldn't be in the article at this point in time. That can change as the matter develops. User:Ravensfire Wiki clearly states that "Contentious material about living persons that is unsourced or poorly sourced must be removed immediately from the article and its talk page, especially if potentially libellous." WP:UNDUE the individual himself clarified that this was impugning his sexuality. WP:BLPCRIME he is not convicted of the allegation.

Hmmm, managed to mis-read the sources thinking they were about what Samthaan said, that's on my. It's more complicated. The sources are NOT from this person, but from someone else. While some of the sources mentioned are reliable (fimilibeat is not considered very reliable, too gossipy, see WP:ICTFFAQ, but india.com and indiatoday.com are good), they're all basically repeated what was said by the other person via Instagram. That's getting into self-published territory. Wikipedia has a very strict policy about NOT using self-published sources to make claims about another person. The sources here are basically repeating exactly what was from the instagram post without anything substantial added. WP:BLPSELFPUB says to avoid that. Also, in general, statements about sexuality are strongly preferred to be by the article subject, not by a third party. It's more innuendo at that point when it comes from a third party. It's not libel or slander - but it's not something that really belongs in Wikipedia. I think I'm going to raise this up on BLPN for outside advice on this.
