Primary candidates[edit]

@David O. Johnson: and @Syaz351:, please do not remove relevant information about the candidates. The information states whether or not they are incumbent MKs and when they were elected. This is similar to the list of retiring MKs on the 2022 Israeli Knesset page. Again, the information is both accurate and relevant Lima Bean Farmer (talk) 19:39, 13 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

That info doesn't belong on the Party lists article. It's never been there. David O. Johnson (talk) 19:46, 13 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I know it’s never been there. That’s why I’m adding it. It’s common in lists of candidates to state their current or former positions. I will do the same for the labor party as well so it doesn’t seem like one party is favored over the other. I don’t see any reason why this information should not be present other than it wasn’t there before. If you have one, please let me know but don’t delete it just because it wasn’t there before. I think the way it's added creates a bit of clutter on the page. We might want to simply condense past experience into two/three criteria and use visual cues to mark them. For example, Members of the Knesset in italics, Ministers in bold, Prime Ministers or Party leaders with an underline. Fulfills the same purpose while focusing on the most notable information. Footnotes would be a good option IMO. Number 57 20:39, 15 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

All party lists are now officially published[edit]

Hello, I just wanted to bring to everyone's attention that the official party lists have been published by the CEC here: https://www.gov.il/he/Departments/Guides/candidates-lists-25

Many of these lists are much more extensive than the ones reported by secondary sources. I think it would be preferable to use this source going forward. Jacoby531 (talk) 22:44, 15 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
