 In 2005, Michael Clain was reelected as mayor of Pelham.  His mayoralty is defined by a recent building collapse on 5th Avenue that was handled promptly by the mayor and the village administrator, Rich Slingerland.

Possible inclusion?[edit]

The Name of the town has been extened to the Underground Railroad or Subway, Station as Pelham. This station name was the Terminus Name for the stop for the tri-Borough Subway System with the Book and Movie(1974,1998,2009) The_Taking_of_Pelham_One_Two_Three.
