I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: You need to use many more sources that are not part of the Project GRAND; currently far too many are. Also, please remove bio information about John Poirier (off topic). Last, most importantly, you need independent secondary sources that demonstrate that this project was important. Currently I have doubts about notability.
