Title

[edit]

I wonder about the title. Some of these appearances were definitely fictional, but most filmic representations of him were at least based on the facts of his life, if somewhat embellished in places. -- JackofOz (talk) 21:36, 6 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

yes, i agree. i propose Tchaikovsky in popular media? Logan (talk) 03:49, 2 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong Section

[edit]

The films: Together, V For Vendetta, and The Concert should be in the Music section as they are not biopics but merely films that use one singular piece of Tchaikovsky's music. Would anyone mind if I moved these 3 films to the appropriate section? Maineartists (talk) 01:29, 25 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Apologies. I realized that the Music section is just that: music that either references or samples Tchaikovsky themes. Perhaps there should be a "Biopic" section that includes the biographical films of Tchaikovsky; since listing films that merely include a selection of Tchaikovsky's music within the same section might be confusing to some.
