Name of article[edit]

The Chicago Rapp brothers practiced as C. W. & George L. Rapp, not Rapp & Rapp. Should the name of the article be changed to reflect this? My sources for this are drawings signed by the firm, George L.'s entries in the University of Illinois alumni record, and this 1927 self-published monagraph: https://www.urbanremainschicago.com/rare-all-original-vintage-publication-of-photographs-in-a-softbound-catalog-of-buildings-designed-by-architects-cornelius-w-george-rapp.html

I believe that although Rapp & Rapp is the common designation for these architects, it is inaccurate and can cause confusion with the Trinidad/Santa Fe Rapp brothers. That firm is also often called Rapp & Rapp though is more correctly called I. H. & W. M. Rapp.

If this is not controversial, I will change the name of the Chicago brothers' article to reflect this in a week or so. JPRiley (talk) 14:06, 18 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
