Appointment to the High Court[edit]

I think we need to wait before we claim that he is the Chief Justice. It is probably only acceptable to say that he is the 'presumptive' nominee to the position. Doktor Waterhouse (talk)

It does only say he is the nominee. I followed how wikipedia handled Kiefel's appointment last year. Jmount (talk) 04:58, 30 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
