Second paragraph of questionable veracity?[edit]

The second paragraph, added by Dmknable on 26-September-2009, is a boiled down version of a tale which is circulating the web. Among other things this paragraph states, "The general manager of Montgomery Ward offered Robert May a nominal fee to purchase the rights to print the book." In the first paragraph it states, "He then went on to join Montgomery Ward where he created Rudolph in 1939 as an assignment for the company." These statements appear to be in conflict. The version that he created the story on assignment appears to be in agreement with Snopes, http://www.snopes.com/holidays/christmas/rudolph.asp .

I believe that the paragraph added by Dmknable should be removed.
