COI[edit]

In accordance with Wikipedia:Conflict of interest and Wikipedia:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide, I have chosen to disclose that I have a personal connection to this subject. I will spare details, but my main purpose in writing this article is to benefit Wikipedia and its mission. I believe this list is written from a neutral perspective (the content is pretty non-controversial) and has been constructed from independent, reliable sources. The second link above provides the following summary, which I believe I have followed appropriately:

  • Be transparent about your conflict of interest ( Done)
  • Subjects require significant coverage in independent reliable sources. ( Done)
  • Your role is to inform and reference, not promote or sell. ( Done)
  • Be extremely cautious about the risks of editing articles about yourself or your clients ( Done|N/A)
  • If writing a draft, write without bias, as if you don't work for the company or personally know the subject. ( Done)
  • State facts and statistics, don't be vague or general. ( Done)
  • Take time to get sources and policy right. ( Done)
  • Get neutral, uninvolved, disinterested editors to review your draft. ( Doing...)
  • Work with the community and we'll work with you. ( Done)
  • Communicate, communicate, communicate. ( Done)

My goal is to have this article promoted to Good article status, eventually. I understand this will require review and assistance from other members of the community, which is great. I invite all to examine this list carefully to make sure the content is fair and accurate. Feel free to contact me if you have any concerns. ---Another Believer (Talk) 20:59, 4 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Sources[edit]

@Chetsford: Not to pile onto the list of Austin Business Journal sources, but here are others to consider (not included in current article):

This one says RCM is among the 50 fastest-growing companies based in Austin:

I'm not entirely should if this one would be considered a press release derivative or not:

Other sources:

This source confirms the name of the chief operating manager:

There are others discussing leadership changes, though not C-suite personnel:

Not sure if this helps or hurts, but I wanted to share given the deletion discussion. ---Another Believer (Talk) 18:52, 8 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

LexisNexis sources[edit]

LexisNexis has some sources, some of which may be duplicated above:

  • "Journal Profile: Squeamish CEOs shouldn't bother calling Annie Liao Jones of Rock Candy Media; Advice from Rock Candy's boss may be hard to swallow; That's good, she says" (Austin Business Journal, January 3, 2019)
  • "How can Austin tech companies become more diverse? Voices from inside the industry" (Austin Business Journal, September 14, 2017)  Done
  • "Austin's lack of tech diversity not unique, but it's likely costing companies money and hampering the city's economic growth" (Austin Business Journal, September 14, 2017), to clarify, this is not the same source as above

There are several others, but mostly passing mentions, notifications of agency of record selections, confirmation of personnel changes, etc. ---Another Believer (Talk) 20:42, 8 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
