Season 1

I've redirected RuPaul's Drag Race UK (season 1) to here for now, but we might want to expand once we know the series will extend beyond a single season. ---Another Believer (Talk) 20:56, 24 July 2019 (UTC)

Ditto RuPaul's Drag Race UK (series 1). Not sure which is preferred. ---Another Believer (Talk) 00:56, 5 September 2019 (UTC)

"Blu Hydrangea" listed at Redirects for discussion

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Blu Hydrangea. Please participate in the redirect discussion if you wish to do so. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 17:31, 6 October 2019 (UTC)

Shhhnotsoloud, I've updated the redirect to send readers to RuPaul's Drag Race UK (series 1). Keep. ---Another Believer (Talk) 17:34, 6 October 2019 (UTC)
Another Believer the Rest of the Series 1 contestants appear to have the same issue (redirecting to the show rather than to just series 1) for example Baga Chipz.Naraht (talk) 18:45, 6 October 2019 (UTC)

Series 2

Two questions:

  1. ) Do we have a reference on the Series 2 information?
  2. ) How much more information do we need to create the page given the current Season 12 and AS 5 pages?

Naraht (talk) 21:58, 8 November 2019 (UTC)

Naraht, I've redirected RuPaul's Drag Race UK (series 2) for now, but I think we can create a stub once we have a premiere date. ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:42, 28 January 2020 (UTC)

RESULTS PLEASE DELETE SPOLING THE WHOLE SHOW

Can someone who don't mind to see the potential outcome of this show delete the results of where the contestants will have placed, i saw it for one second and it stings my eyes and will haunt me for the whole season! Never have I been looking forward to a drag race season like this before :( Svenji (talk) 11:15, 28 August 2019 (UTC)

Two comments.
  • First, given the regularity of the even and odd placings in what was there, it just looked odd and I doubt it is correct. Anyone can create a pretend version. That isn't to say that entire seasons haven't been spoiled before. But without a reliable source, any changes will get undone.
  • Second, See WP:SPOILER. There is *nothing* wrong with updating the placement based on referenced material (or in the case of a television show, the Primary source of the broadcast show. As *soon* as BBC3/WOW broadcasts Ru telling Baga Chips (to pick the first queen alphabetically) to Sashay Away for an impression of Marcel Marceau in Snatch Game and walking the Pretty Princess themed runway in a pair of Sweat Pants, that can be added to the article. If you don't want to have any chance of being spoiled, wait until you have seen all of the broadcast episodes before editing here.Naraht (talk) 13:12, 28 August 2019 (UTC)

Web television?

Since this show is only available to stream on digital platforms even in the UK, shouldn't the show be classified as a web television series?Gagaluv1 (talk) 00:19, 7 November 2019 (UTC)

Gagaluv1, Hmm, not sure. I watch the show on the TV network LOGO in the U.S., so not entirely web-only. ---Another Believer (Talk) 00:34, 7 November 2019 (UTC)
But I believe the LOGO airing is the week after if I'm not mistaken and usually we only take first-runs into account. This is my first time dealing with a BBC iPlayer show so I'm not sure what the typical policy is.Gagaluv1 (talk) 23:30, 7 November 2019 (UTC)
Gagaluv1, Oh ok, not sure, but yes the airings on LOGO are a week late. ---Another Believer (Talk) 00:33, 8 November 2019 (UTC)

UK's First Drag Superstar?

Doesn't Ru actually say 'UK's First Drag RACE Superstar' within the show? Are there references to her saying specifically 'first drag superstar'? The UK has had several people who can be considered 'drag superstars', both before and after the Drag Race brand appeared. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 177.194.178.151 (talk) 23:31, 14 May 2020 (UTC)
