Opening statement[edit]

Hello, and come what may from this review, thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. During the review, I may make copyedits, which I will limit to spelling correction and minor changes to punctuation (removal of double spaces and such). I will only make substantive edits that change the flow and structure of the prose if I previously suggested and it is necessary. The Nominator(s) should understand that I am a grammar pedant, and I will nitpick in the interest of prose quality. For responding to my comments, please use  Done,  Fixed, plus Added,  Not done,  Doing..., or minus Removed, followed by any comment you'd like to make. I will be crossing out my comments as they are redressed, and only mine. A detailed, section-by-section review will follow. –♠Vami_IV†♠ 09:53, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Prose[edit]

  • Can you move the citation in the lead about the statue's location to a new paragraph or sentence in "Description"?
    • I can if required, but actually this source specifically confirms the alternate titles. I've moved the citation mid-way through the sentence to clarify. Does this work for you? ---Another Believer (Talk) 14:54, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Referencing[edit]

  • There are connection errors for citations [8], [9], [18], and [38]. [11] apparently also has an error in its URL. See the "External link" tool for details.
    • 8, 9, 18, and 38 all work just fine for me. I wonder if The Oregonian's server was down momentarily? Can you access these now? ---Another Believer (Talk) 14:55, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
    • I don't see issues with 38 either. I've added archive links. ---Another Believer (Talk) 14:59, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • The memorial is installed in Mount Tabor Park, a city park on Mount Tabor, a dormant volcano in southeast Portland's eponymous neighborhood. No citation present.
