The Man in the Sky vs Decision Against Time[edit]

IMDb calls the film "The Man in the Sky". Tsinfandel (talk) 21:52, 30 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ealing Studios has Man In The Sky. TCM and AMG refer to it as Man in the Sky too. Clarityfiend (talk) 23:58, 30 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The Ealing Studios link above is dead, TCM doesn't mention the original title at all, and the AllMovie article is about the US release version, simply stating with one line that "the original British title was Man in the Sky. However, IMDb, BFI and BBFC all call it "The Man in the Sky", and that's also what the title card on UK version says. In addition, UK DVD and VHS releases have always had that title as well. So, I'm changing it back. Thomas Blomberg (talk) 15:54, 29 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Aircraft[edit]

The aircraft featured in the film were Bristol Freighters. The one flown by Jack Hawkins was G-AIFV, while G-AIFM was used in static shots in the hanger. This from a website, but may be confirmed by reliable sources. Barney Bruchstein (talk) 18:06, 2 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

"see also"[edit]

why does this link to 'american films of 1957" ? 198.147.19.1 (talk) 12:17, 12 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you look at the page it includes British films that were released in the U.S.A.-- Toddy1 (talk) 16:53, 12 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It shouldn't link to it. is not included on that page, and that page shouldn't include British films anyway. I've replaced the link with one to List of British films released in 1957. DuncanHill (talk) 17:11, 12 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
