Expanding Q9

I would like to know if anyone can expand the answer to Q9 in the FAQ of this talk page to include an actual citation. Georgia guy (talk) 19:30, 21 November 2015 (UTC)

I dont think we have a requirement to cite the obvious WP:BLUE. MilborneOne (talk) 19:33, 21 November 2015 (UTC)

Social Security cap out-of-date

This article contains the text "Payroll taxes for Social Security are a flat regressive tax, with no tax charged on income above $113,700". This needs to be changed to $118,500 -- fortunately, it won't be going up any higher in 2016 (= . I created my account for this purpose, but it appears the article is too protected for me to change it.

Well, it's hard to answer that since you haven't told us what you'll do exactly. What exactly do you intent on doing if you could edit the article? Blaze The Movie Fan (talk) 19:43, 28 November 2015 (UTC)

What is the request? Blaze The Movie Fan (talk) 12:13, 30 November 2015 (UTC)
Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format. -- ferret (talk) 19:06, 30 November 2015 (UTC)

Demonym

Must add "United Statian" and "Unitedstatian"[1]. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Xiryum (talkcontribs) 18:53, 21 December 2015 (UTC)

Why? If it does exist in colloquial language use it is probably very very rare and where it is used it is generally in blogs and opinion pieces of people taking objections to US claiming the name American... [1]- Without reliable sources that show mainstream uptake we should not add it. Arnoutf (talk)
No. "American" is the demonym. "United Statian" is practically trolling. VictorD7 (talk) 21:45, 21 December 2015 (UTC)
