Interesting:
QPQ: Done.
Overall: Article was created within seven days of nomination and has at least 1500 characters (2033). AGF on hook as the Boyd article puts Bond's residence in Wellington Square but does not give a precise address before requiring paid access. Will leave hook selection to approver. "Most evil man in Britain" quote is apparently self-professed. Not sure if that is better attributed as such if an ALT is used. QPQ not complete. For the nominator Edwardx, if you would like ALTs considered, please also provide the source for them here. Airborne84 (talk) 00:20, 27 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Although I'll defer to the approver on the final hook selection, I agree with Philafrenzy that ALT2 is the strongest, partly because the hook and ALT1 mix fiction and non-fiction, but mostly because ALT2 seems an interesting juxtaposition. Although not required, it's possible to make it more concise by saying "and Winnie the Pooh's creator both lived". AGF on ALT2 as I cannot access the cited page in the Milne book ref. the Winnie the Pooh info. Pending passing this nomination: QPQ incomplete. Thanks. Note to both Edwardx and Philafrenzy: the QPQ should be supplied soon after the nomination is made, and in no event more than seven days after requested or required. That clock started ticking when the nomination was reviewed on 27 December. It's even more than seven days after 4 January's "QPQ incomplete". You have 48 hours before this is rejected; please supply the QPQ before then. Thank you. BlueMoonset (talk) 04:56, 13 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Storye book, that's very generous of you. Editors are always welcome to donate QPQs if they wish to. If it happened a lot, though, it would increase our already high review deficit at DYK, so it's good that it doesn't happen too often. BlueMoonset (talk) 16:08, 13 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
