New article, long enough, hook checks out, AGFing on other non-English sources used in the article. No likely copyvios. Image in infobox has OTRS review pending but that's not a problem for dyk hook promotion. I am proposing ALT1 with a simpler sentence framing without changing any facts of the proposed hook.
