General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems

Hook eligibility:

  • Cited: Yes
  • Interesting: Yes
  • Other problems: No - I would change "the former" to "a former", and drop the link to the city article.
Image: Image is freely licensed, used in the article, and clear at 100px.
QPQ: Done.

Overall: Besides my small hangup about the hook, this looks good to go. Perhaps an ALT hook with the cost of acquiring the JCPenney store would also be good to add. SounderBruce 06:59, 25 April 2019 (UTC)

Thanks for the review, SounderBruce! I've made the recommended changes to the hook. Michael Barera (talk) 13:21, 28 April 2019 (UTC)
Looks good to go, then. SounderBruce 21:49, 28 April 2019 (UTC)
