- ... that Dan Clemente developed and built the first residential condo complex in Virginia, which sold out before construction finished?

- The article is new and long enough (6,114 characters). It is within policy, tagged within BLP. The hook is not too long (130 characters). Its interesting and cited in the text of the article. Since the nominator still did not have more than 5 DYK nominations they are not required to review another nomination. I AGF that this condo complex was sold out before construction was finished (source is not available online). The nominator did a very good job for somebody who has less than 500 edits on wikipedia.
