Charles Rob

[edit]
  • ... that in 1961, surgeon Charles Rob used his shirt to successfully repair an aortic aneurysm? get my shirt out of my locker.....cut out a rectangle of cloth and sewed it into a tube....promptly sewed it in place...this case represents the first time when a surgeon literally gave the shirt off his back [1]
  • ALT1: ... that in 1955, surgeon Charles Rob performed the UK's first human-to-human kidney transplant?

  • New enough, long enough, well-written, and within policy. Hooks are cited in the article and very interesting. I love both hooks but I think ALT0 is slightly more interesting, imo. QPQ has been done and no image is used. Good to go; nice job!--SkyGazer 512 Oh no, what did I do this time? 15:33, 30 November 2018 (UTC)
