Clement Price Thomas[edit]

5x expanded by Whispyhistory (talk) and Verbcatcher (talk). Nominated by Whispyhistory (talk) at 17:05, 18 December 2017 (UTC).

  • 5x expanded, in time, long enough, sourced, inline hook citations (added one) check out, QPQ done. Struck ALT3, which isn't in the article (the article hints that the depiction was accurate, but doesn't say it outright). Whispyhistory, substantial amounts of the article appear to have been copied from this bio, and should be rephrased (see link showing copying). Also, how do you feel about:
ALT4: ... that thoracic surgeon Clement Price Thomas removed one of King George VI's lungs in 1951, in Buckingham Palace? --Usernameunique (talk) 05:02, 25 December 2017 (UTC)
Thank you. I'll work on it. I like all the hooks and would be pleased for ALT4. Thank you for the effort to think of another one. Whispyhistory (talk) 10:06, 25 December 2017 (UTC)
please see again copyviolink Whispyhistory (talk) 14:27, 27 December 2017 (UTC)
Whispyhistory, that looks much better. Just one sentence still stands out, the one with "...north of Cardiff, incorporating..." in it. --Usernameunique (talk) 15:52, 29 December 2017 (UTC)
@Usernameunique: Thank you. I think I know what you mean. I've reviewed its readability. Whispyhistory (talk) 17:02, 29 December 2017 (UTC)

ALT0-2 are fine. Asking for a new reviewer to check ALT4, which I can't approve because I created. --Usernameunique (talk) 17:16, 29 December 2017 (UTC)

ALT4 checks out to me. It's the most straightforward but also the most interesting in my opinion. I double checked and don't see any remaining copyright issues - pretty much everything that is a dupe is a proper noun, which is fine. ♠PMC(talk) 03:45, 30 December 2017 (UTC)
@Usernameunique: @Premeditated Chaos: just reviewed all above...sorry didn’t notice earlier. One problem with ALT4- it was the cancerous part of the left lung that was removed not the whole lung. Change one to part maybe! Whispyhistory (talk) 08:48, 30 December 2017 (UTC)
