Egypt Economic Development Conference, Proposed new capital of Egypt[edit]

Created by Fitzcarmalan (talk), Alifazal (talk), FormerIP (talk). Nominated by George Ho (talk) at 20:41, 18 March 2015 (UTC).

  • ALT2 (rewording of original hook) added. Edwardx (talk) 22:22, 18 March 2015 (UTC)
  • Both articles, especially the EEDC one, need additional updates before being posted, in my opinion. I'm not up to it though because I have midterms in two days. Fitzcarmalan (talk) 21:15, 19 March 2015 (UTC)
  • Given that Fitzcarmalan felt that neither article was ready for the main page, and neither has had any significant edit in the past three weeks, I don't see the point of calling for a reviewer. I'm happy to allow another week for someone to either improve/update the articles or to get started doing so. FormerIP, Alifazal, if you or Fitzcarmalan are interested in pursuing this nomination, please let us know here within the week. Many thanks. BlueMoonset (talk) 02:14, 13 April 2015 (UTC)
  • I'm currently preparing for upcoming exams and don't think I will be working on anything here in the next couple of months, sorry. For those who wish to expand the EEDC article, there are live updates for the first, second and third days of the event. This could be a useful list of the 10 "biggest deals" signed at the conference (the venue may not be reliable, but it does link to reliable sources). Good luck.
