Japan National Route 48

  • ... that a series of tunnels on Japan National Route 48 is known as the Land Gateway to Sendai? Source: "-仙台都市圏「陸のゲートウェイ」新たな都市交通体系の始まり-" (map depicting tunnels is included in text) [1]

5x expanded by Mccunicano (talk). Self-nominated at 03:18, 26 June 2020 (UTC).

General: Article is new enough and long enough

Policy compliance:

Hook eligibility:

  • Cited: No - ?
  • Interesting: Yes
QPQ: Done.

Overall: Article was expanded at least fivefold from June 19 to 25, and nominated within time. Length is adequate, and the article is neutral in tone. No plagiarism issues detected. All images used in the article are properly licensed. QPQ requirement is complete. The sentence in the article which contains the hook fact needs a citation directly after the period. I also suggest breaking up the very long run-on sentence to do this. I have a couple sourcing questions. In the section "Major intersections", does the citation at the "km" colum apply to the whole chart, or just that column? In the section "Japan National Route 110", there is a citation within the infobox, but nothing in the paragraph. Is it possible to add a citation to the prose? • @Flibirigit: Sorry for any delay and thanks for taking the time to review this. I broke up the run-on and added the citation in the Route 110 section to its prose as well as the infobox. As for the junction list, the reference applies to the whole chart per MOS:RJL. ⑉⑉Mccunicano☕️ 04:55, 28 July 2020 (UTC)
  • Thank you for the reply. The hook is still not quite cited properly. The sentence in the article which contains the hook must have a citation directly at the end of it. Flibirigit (talk) 12:36, 28 July 2020 (UTC)
  • My mistake, the issue has been taken care of now. ⑉⑉Mccunicano☕️ 14:07, 28 July 2020 (UTC)
  • Nomination now meets all DYK criteria. Accepting translation and sourcing for hook by AGF. Flibirigit (talk) 14:20, 28 July 2020 (UTC)
