Luys i Luso[edit]

Created by Dreamy Jazz (talk). Self-nominated at 18:07, 23 May 2019 (UTC).

  • I have also struck the first 3, as I feel the ones about God will get the page more pageviews, as it leaves more details out (and so leaving viewers wanting more). If a reviewer feels that the hooks about God are not good enough, then I will be open to the idea about using the striked ones. Dreamy Jazz 🎷 talk to me | my contributions 18:35, 23 May 2019 (UTC)

the nomination still needs a proper DYK policy review. Flibirigit (talk) 13:56, 19 June 2019 (UTC)

  • This interesting article is new enough and long enough. The ALT3 and ALT4 hook facts are cited inline, the article is neutral and I detected no copyright or plagiarism issues. I prefer ALT4. No QPQ needed. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 09:43, 27 June 2019 (UTC)
  • Hi, I came by to promote this, but the article doesn't mention that he is a jazz pianist, and the album isn't jazz. Yoninah (talk) 20:28, 30 June 2019 (UTC)
  • Yoninah, what about just "pianist"? The source says he is a pianist and seeing that this album isn't really jazz (as you say), it doesn't make sense to say jazz. Those who know who he is will know him primarily as a jazz pianist, but for the uninformed reader this information isn't useful (at least for this album) and would also possibly lead a reader to believe this album is jazz. I'll remove jazz from the hooks. Dreamy Jazz 🎷 talk to me | my contributions 16:42, 2 July 2019 (UTC)
  • @Dreamy Jazz: thanks for understanding my shorthand. Could you add a mention of his being a pianist, and cite it, in the article? Then we can change "Armenian musician" in the lead to "Armenian pianist", and then the hook refs will be verified. Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 22:26, 2 July 2019 (UTC)
  • Yoninah, I've added a sentence in performance which says that he is a pianist and performed the piano in this album. Also changed musician to pianist in the lead. Thanks, Dreamy Jazz 🎷 talk to me | my contributions 21:41, 6 July 2019 (UTC)
  • Thank you very much. Restoring tick for ALT4 per Cwmhiraeth's review. Yoninah (talk) 21:57, 6 July 2019 (UTC)
