  • This article is new enough and long enough. The facts of each hook are supported by inline citations and the article is neutral. The Spanish language sources make it difficult for me to consider copyright issues. I have also proposed ALT2 which is merely an abbreviated version of ALT1. As has been noted on WT:DYK, the hook may violate the DYK rules for being based on a questionable source and for unduly focusing on a negative claim on a living person.   • Note: I just struck both "ghost deputy" hooks because that phrase was what ended up causing the original promotion to be pulled. However, I have to disagree with Cwmhiraeth: if there are no interesting hooks to be had for this nomination, then I don't see how it can pass per DYK rules. There might be something with the "doesn't even belong to this state" quote, since (if I'm reading this right) it's the party that decided. BlueMoonset (talk) 06:24, 7 September 2016 (UTC)
