add (2019) to make Measles resurgence in the United States (2019) to distinguish from other outbreaks eg 2014

I've tried to do the formatting as described in the instructions. Please let me know if there's something else I'm missing.

I don't see any other articles on the resurgence of measles in the US, so a disambiguation wouldn't be necessary.

Per MOS:BOLDAVOID, the first sentence of the article doesn't need to include the title in bold. Natureium (talk) 14:13, 20 April 2019 (UTC)

FYI, 2019 has now surpassed the previous record for the number of measles cases reported since the disease was declared eradicated in 2000. This could possibly be worked in somehow if someone finds this particularly interesting. Natureium (talk) 17:33, 24 April 2019 (UTC)
