New enough, long enough and within policy- moved to article space on 23 March, and nominated on 24 March, 8499 characters. DYK eligibility criteria 1f says that translations from other languages count as new articles for DYK nominations. I've also added a translated article tag to Talk:Michael Richey (sailor).- Hook is short enough, interesting, and supported by [1].
