Precious Legacy

  • ... that an exhibit of Czech Jewish art and ritual objects confiscated by the Nazis for a planned "Museum of the Extinct Race" broke visitor records in its seven-week run at the Smithsonian? Source: "'The Precious Legacy: Judaic Treasures from the Czechoslovak State Collections' attracted more than 110,000 viewers between Nov. 9 and Jan. 1 at the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of Natural History. That is the largest number to visit an exhibition there since that building opened in 1917." (New York Jewish Week, 27 January 1984)

  • Ready for review. Personally, I prefer ALT1. Yoninah (talk) 22:08, 28 July 2019 (UTC)
Interesting display, on good sources, offline sources accepted AGF, no copyvio obvious. I wonder if the pipe is a good idea, but won't insist to change it. I also prefer ALT1. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:55, 29 July 2019 (UTC)
  • Thanks for the review. I originally had the exhibition name in there, but it made the hook far too long, so I piped it. Yoninah (talk) 11:12, 30 July 2019 (UTC)
