• Article creation date is good; length is good; article is well-sourced and written, and does not appear to have any copyvios.
• Hook is good, the fact is sourced, and while I can't check the book ref completely (Google books' preview cuts off right at that page for me), from what I can make of the text of the book around it and general web search, I'm AGF that it is sourced properly there. The statement seems fine, given that the DEI entity ceased to exist by 1949, ergo Crisis doesn't override the "truth" of the blurb. You may have enough room in this blurb to note the sourced fact about the film boom from this film's success, but it's fine w/o it.
• No image provided, no reasonable free image to be used (the free image in the article is fine there but doesn't really aid in the hook, so no need to include)
