Author of Ski Area Chapter of 1984 Land and Resource Management Plan and 2002 Revision (Forest Plan WRNF) establishing the ski area boundaries and capacities of the majority of ski areas in Colorado. Coauthor of A Concise Guide to Ski Area Administration for Forest Supervisors. Coauthor Ski Area Chapter, Landscape Management, Forest Service, USDA. Coauthor Snowranger Guidebook, multiple editions. Duties included ski area permit issuance, audit reviews, fee collection and adjustments, operating plans, master development plans, land use plans, construction plans for a dozen of Colorado's most prominent international destination resorts, including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, Beaver Creek, Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands, Snowmass, and Sunlight Mountain Resort and all resorts in Summit, Garfield, Eagle and Pitkin Counties.
