Global Public Goods were outlined in detail in the 2003 book, 'Providing Global Public Goods', Managing Globalization.
This book was a follow on to the earlier UNDP publication, ' ' and in turn has been followed with a more recent publication and broader academic interest.
The GPG of Communications is specifically noted in the 2003 book Cite error: A <ref> tag is missing the closing </ref> (see the help page). p.38 Providing Global Public Goods, Managing Globalization </ref>
